All sales are final. Due to the custom, handmade, and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been shipped. Please ensure your order details are correct before checkout.
Every product is thoroughly inspected and reviewed before shipping to ensure it meets RGFX quality standards. Our items are handcrafted in small batches, and as such, minor variations or imperfections may occur. These are normal and part of the artistry of handmade products. Subtle discrepancies between product photos and your received item are expected and do not constitute a defect. Exact matches to product photos cannot be guaranteed.
Once items leave our facility, RGFX is not responsible for damage, loss, or delays caused during shipping or by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist where possible, but RGFX cannot guarantee compensation or replacements for shipping-related issues.
Some RGFX products are made with foam latex and other materials that may cause allergic reactions. Foam latex is a latex-based material and is not safe for individuals with latex allergies.
